Rejoice Parackal

As an Impact Associate on DWM’s Impact team, Rejoice brings experience across financial inclusion, rural livelihoods, and climate change adaptation and mitigation.

Rejoice has built a solid foundation in the financial inclusion sector through his work with Accion Advisory, Dia Vikas Capital, and M-CRIL, where he contributed to impact assessment, social performance management, and sectoral research.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Gujarat Technological University and a Postgraduate degree in Forest Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.
